Our Practitioner Training Courses are highly participative and achieve experiential learning through a series of sessions, which are supported by a purposeful training structure which work alongside best practice guidance.

We offer tailored programs as well as Awareness sessions, Introductory days, restorative conferencing skills, refresher courses, CPD workshops, and workshops to support the embedding of restorative practice as well as ongoing support.

Our training packages are delivered in line with RJC Best Practice Guidance, Trainers Code of Practice, and in line with National Occupational Standards and are of excellent quality, based on years of practical experience in the field.
